is a Cybersecurity Officer at ISIS Neutron and Muon Source, a UK national research facility under UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), where he built the facility’s cybersecurity function from scratch. Over three years he developed ISIS’s first formally approved cybersecurity strategy, led a cross-organisational policy workstream at national research council level, and produced a safety-cybersecurity integration framework for a Safety Integrity Level 2 system. He holds CISSP and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer certifications and is a Professional Member of BCS. He was a named speaker at the 4th PaN European Cybersecurity Forum Workshop alongside peers from CERN, ESRF and PSI.

Enrique Gustavo Dutra is a cybersecurity specialist with extensive experience in information security, incident response and investigation, auditing, and digital forensics. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on risk management, asset protection, and the strengthening of their cybersecurity capabilities. He combines his professional work with a strong commitment to education, training, and awareness-raising, participating as an instructor, speaker, and advocate. His work promotes practical, responsible, and accessible cybersecurity, actively contributing to the development of professionals, organizations, and the technology community.

Martin Saunders is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Bluefin Cyber. Bluefin Cyber provides cyber security products and services which enable organisations to understand their cyber challenges and to help them along their cyber journey.

A keen technologist, Martin’s first security article was published in 1988, aged thirteen, and he was awarded Young (Radio) Amateur of the Year in 1992. He worked in technical and consulting roles including at the BBC at Television Centre and two mid-sized managed service providers on the South Coast where he worked on regional scale projects across the NHS and local government where he honed his cross-organisational leadership and communication skills.

Martin has held a CISSP certification since 2004 and is a founder associate of the IISP, now known as CIISec.
