Martin Saunders is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Bluefin Cyber. Bluefin Cyber provides cyber security products and services which enable organisations to understand their cyber challenges and to help them along their cyber journey.

A keen technologist, Martin’s first security article was published in 1988, aged thirteen, and he was awarded Young (Radio) Amateur of the Year in 1992. He worked in technical and consulting roles including at the BBC at Television Centre and two mid-sized managed service providers on the South Coast where he worked on regional scale projects across the NHS and local government where he honed his cross-organisational leadership and communication skills.

Martin has held a CISSP certification since 2004 and is a founder associate of the IISP, now known as CIISec.

Serhiy Serdyuk is co-founder and Vice President of Product Management at NAKIVO, a global provider of backup and disaster recovery software. He brings more than 15 years of experience, with deep expertise in product management, virtualization, cloud computing, and data protection.

In his role, he oversees NAKIVO's global product portfolio, shaping product strategy and development. His focus is on building customer-centric solutions that combine advanced data protection capabilities with affordability and operational efficiency. Serdyuk also contributes to the company's marketing and customer support operations, bringing product, market, and customer perspectives together throughout the product development lifecycle.
